Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Viwoods account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the device in its original box, including all accessories, manuals, and cables, to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
